Buying your energy

Prices move daily and the renewal letter never arrives on a good one. We take your consumption to the panel, hold the quotes side by side, and negotiate the rate rather than accepting the first number a supplier offers.

  • Energy price comparison and sourcing
  • Supplier rate negotiation
  • Business energy procurement
  • Renewable energy options

Contracts and bills

Most overcharging hides in plain sight: an estimated read, a standing charge billed twice, a rate that quietly reverted. We hold your renewal dates and read the invoices so you do not have to.

  • Contract renewal and switching
  • Energy contract management
  • Energy bill checking and cost analysis
  • Energy usage and savings advice

Connections and metering

A new unit, an extra line, an upgraded supply or a meter that needs replacing. This is the part with a DNO, a supplier and a meter operator all involved, and it is the part most brokers hand straight back to you.

  • New energy line and connection coordination
  • Site surveys and connection applications
  • Meter installation, replacement and upgrades
  • Supplier and DNO appointment coordination
  • Meter commissioning and activation
  • Installation paperwork and ongoing support

How a connection or meter job runs.

Six stages and three organisations. You deal with one of us.

Site survey

We look at the supply you have, the load you need and what the site can physically take.

Connection application

The application goes to the DNO with the technical detail they ask for, first time.

Appointments booked

DNO, supplier and meter operator lined up in the right order, with dates you can plan around.

Install or upgrade

New meters, replacements and upgrades carried out, with the site kept informed throughout.

Commissioning

The meter is energised, registered and activated, and the supply goes live on a real contract.

Paperwork and support

Certificates, registrations and records handed over, then we stay on the account afterwards.

Who we usually work with.

The process is the same everywhere. What changes is which part of the bill, or which part of the site, is worth attacking first.

Care and healthcare

Multi-site groups with 24-hour loads and tight budget cycles.

Hospitality

Pubs, hotels and restaurants where the kitchen drives the bill.

Manufacturing

Half-hourly supplies, capacity charges and upgrade applications.

Retail

Small sites, lots of them, and a lot of change-of-tenancy admin.

Property and developers

New-build connections, landlord supplies and tenant metering.

Education and charities

Reduced-rate VAT and CCL relief that often goes unclaimed.

Logistics and warehousing

New units, bigger supplies and EV-ready connection planning.

Public sector suppliers

Procurement trails and compliance paperwork done properly.

Not sure which of these you need?

Send one recent bill, or tell us what the site needs. We’ll tell you what is worth doing, in what order, and what it would cost.
